This Yoplait yogurt oatmeal is a quick, creamy, and nutritious breakfast that combines hearty oats with smooth yogurt for a satisfying start to the day. Packed with protein and flavor, it’s easily customised with your favorite fruits, nuts, or sweeteners.
Ingredient List
- 1 cup Yoplait Original single-serve yogurt (any flavor)
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk (or water)
- Pinch of salt
Optional
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- Fresh fruit or nuts, for topping
Preparation
- In a small saucepan, combine the oats, milk and a pinch of salt.
- Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat, then reduce the heat and simmer.
- Stir occasionally until the oats are soft and the liquid is absorbed, around 5-8 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the yogurt until combined.
- Transfer to a bowl and top with fresh fruit or nuts. Drizzle honey or maple syrup over the top for sweetness.
Tips

- If your oatmeal is too thick, add a bit more milk or water while cooking. If it’s too runny, cook a little longer to absorb excess liquid.
