This yogurt mug cake is a delicious treat that’s perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth. Made with creamy Yoplait yogurt and a few simple ingredients, it’s an easy dessert or snack you can whip up in just 30 minutes. Plus, it’s fully customizable with your favorite fruits or sweeteners!

Ingredient List

  • 1 cup Yoplait Original single-serve yogurt (any flavor)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1-2 tbsp honey
  • ½ cup frozen fruit (like blueberries)

Optional

  • Whipped cream (optional)
  • 1 tsp nut butter (optional)

Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven to 320°F.
  2. In an oven-safe mug, mix the Yoplait yogurt and egg together until smooth.
  3. Add the honey and fold in your frozen fruit.
  4. Bake for around 30 minutes or until the top is golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Let the cake cool before enjoying!

Tips

  • Swap out honey for maple syrup or agave for a different sweetness. You can also add a dash of cinnamon or vanilla extract for flavor.
