Perfect for adults and kids alike, these Yoplait yogurt melts are a great grab-and-go treat. With only two ingredients, they couldn’t be easier to make. Customize with your favorite fruit and experiment with different flavors. Freeze for a few hours, then enjoy!
Ingredient List
- 1 cup Yoplait Original yogurt (any flavor)
- 1 cup fresh fruit (diced)
Optional
- 1 tsp cinnamon or vanilla extract
- 1-2 tsp honey or maple syrup
Preparation
- In a bowl, stir the Yoplait yogurt until smooth. If you’d like a bit more sweetness, add 1-2 teaspoons of honey or maple syrup.
- Add your diced fruit to the bowl and fold into the mixture. Add 1 teaspoon cinnamon or vanilla extract, if desired.
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Using a small spoon, put a small amount of the yogurt mixture onto the paper. Space them slightly apart, so they don’t touch.
- Place the sheet into the freezer and freeze for at least 3 hours, or until the yogurt has fully set.
- Once frozen, peel off the parchment paper and place in a container or ziplock bag. Store in the freezer until ready to enjoy!
Tips
- Mix and match the fruit you use to suit your taste! Love sweetness? Use strawberries, raspberries or blueberries. Prefer something more exotic? Try mango, pineapple or coconut. Just be sure to chop them small enough.
- Spread the yogurt dots in an even layer to ensure they freeze properly and don’t stick together.
- Add a drizzle of chocolate sauce on top for an extra treat.
