Busy days call for something quick, easy and delicious! Blend your choice of Yoplait Protein yogurt with fruit and milk for a smooth, creamy snack when time is tight. Try first thing in the morning or post-workout for an energy boost.

Ingredient List

  • 1 pot Yoplait Protein yogurt (any flavor)
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 cup frozen berries (e.g. strawberries)
  • ½ cup milk (dairy or plant-based)

Preparation

  1. Add the yogurt, banana, frozen berries and milk to a blender.
  2. Blend for 30-45 seconds or until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!

Tips

  • You can’t go wrong with Strawberry Yoplait Protein yogurt for this recipe.
  • Using frozen fruit helps keep the smoothie thick without using ice – but you can add a few ice cubes for an extra refreshing drink!
  • Add a teaspoon of honey to the mix for more sweetness.
