Overnight Oats with Yogurt

These protein-packed overnight oats with yogurt are the best way to start your day! Made with Yoplait yogurt, simply add oats, chia seeds, milk and protein powder with your choice of topping for endless combinations.

Ingredient List

  • 1 pot Yoplait Original single serve yogurt (any flavor)
  • ½ cup oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ¾ cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • ¼ cup choice of topping, e.g. fruit, nuts, etc.
  • ½ tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

Preparation

  1. In a Mason jar or container, combine the oats, chai seeds and protein powder.
  2. Add the Yoplait yogurt, milk and honey or maple syrup (if desired). Mix well until everything is combined.
  3. Add your choice of topping, such as fresh fruit or chopped nuts.
  4. Cover the jar or container and refrigerate overnight (at least 8 hours). The longer you leave it, the thicker it’ll get!
  5. In the morning, give the oats a good stir and enjoy.

Tips

  • For even more protein, try using Yoplait Protein single serve yogurt instead.
  • Try adding 1 tbsp of strawberry jam and 1 tbsp of peanut butter with chopped strawberries on top for a classic peanut butter and jelly combo!
  • For the taste of apple pie, add 1 tbsp of chopped pecans, 2 tsp of maple syrup and ¼ tsp of cinnamon, topped with chopped apples.
  • If you love blueberry muffins, use ¼ cup of blueberries, 1 tsp of lemon zest and 2 tsp of honey in your mix.
  • For a tropical twist, try using coconut milk and topping with pineapple and coconut flakes.
