There’s a reason this super simple no-bake Japanese Cheesecake recipe has gone viral! All you need is two ingredients – and the rest is up to you. Use your favorite Yoplait Protein flavor and try different toppings to mix it up.

Ingredient List

  • 1 tub Vanilla Yoplait Protein yogurt
  • 10 cookies (speculoos) or graham crackers

Optional

  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp fresh berries or jam
  • 1 tbsp coffee
  • 1 tsp sea salt

Preparation

  1. Open the yogurt tub and insert your cookies upright into the yogurt, one at a time.
  2. Leave a small gap between each cookie and press firmly into the yogurt so they don’t stick out too much.
  3. Put the lid back on the yogurt tub and leave to chill in the fridge for at least 3 hours, allowing the cookies to soften.
  4. Leave overnight if you’d prefer a thicker, more cheesecake-like texture.
  5. Remove from the fridge and enjoy straight from the tub!
  6. Cover any leftovers and keep in the fridge for up to 5 days.

Tips

  • You can also use our single serve pots with 3-5 cookies for a grab-and-go treat!
  • Add honey or maple syrup before you refrigerate for a touch of sweetness.
  • Mix in some cream cheese into the yogurt for added cheesecake flavor.
  • Try fresh berries or jam for a fruity taste.
  • If you love tiramisu, dip the cookies in coffee before you add to the yogurt.
  • Add a sprinkle of sea salt to the yogurt for a savory touch.
