These frozen yogurt bites are the perfect refreshing treat for any time of day! Made with delicious Yoplait Original yogurt, fresh fruit, and crunchy granola, they’re easy to prepare and packed with flavor. Add a drizzle of chocolate or honey for extra sweetness and enjoy straight from the freezer.

Ingredient List

  • 1 tub Yoplait Original yogurt (any flavor)
  • 1 cup fresh fruit, diced (like strawberries or blueberries)
  • 1 cup granola

Optional

  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ½ cup milk chocolate chips (or swap for dark or white chocolate)

Preparation

  1. Line a muffin pan with paper liners or use a silicone mould for easy removal.
  2. In a bowl, combine the Yoplait yogurt and diced fruit. If you’d like some extra sweetness, stir in a tablespoon of honey.
  3. Gently fold in the granola to the yogurt and fruit mixture.
  4. Spoon the mixture evenly into the pan or mould.
  5. If using, melt the milk chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring in 20-second intervals. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the top of each yogurt bite.
  6. Top with extra granola, if desired.
  7. Place the tray in the freezer and let the yogurt bites set for at least 3 hours.
  8. Once set, remove the frozen yogurt bites from the tray and let thaw for a few minutes. Then, enjoy!

  • You can store these in a freezer-friendly container for 1-2 months, so you’ve always got a quick snack to hand!
  • Swap the milk chocolate for dark or white chocolate, or use a vegan-friendly option, if desired.
  • Try different toppings, like coconut flakes or chopped nuts, and yogurt flavor combinations to find your favorite.
  • Don’t overfill the moulds to ensure the yogurt freezes evenly – you also want to leave space for your toppings!
