Frozen Yogurt Bark Recipe

This easy, no-bake recipe is perfect for when you’re looking for an on-the-go snack. Made with delicious Yoplait Original yogurt and topped with your favorite fruit and nuts, simply freeze and break apart into bitesize pieces when you need it!

Ingredient List

  • 1 tub Yoplait Original yogurt (any flavor)
  • 1 cup fresh fruit of your choice (e.g. strawberries, mango, kiwi)
  • ½ cup chopped nuts of your choice (e.g. almonds, pecans)

Preparation

  1. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Spread your choice of Yoplait Original yogurt evenly over the paper.
  3. Slice your choice of fruit into small pieces and press into the yogurt.
  4. Roughly chop your choice of nuts and sprinkle over the yogurt
  5. Place the tray in the freezer for at least 3 hours until frozen or leave overnight.
  6. Remove from the freezer, break into pieces and enjoy immediately! Store any leftovers in an airtight container or bag in the freezer.

Tips

  • Add a drizzle of honey or maple syrup to the yogurt before freezing for extra sweetness.
  • Sprinkle granola over the top of the yogurt before freezing for added crunch.
  • Try swirling two different yogurt flavors together to create a marbled effect and delicious flavor combo!
