Easy Protein Yogurt Bowl

Start your day right with a delicious protein yogurt bowl, made with Yoplait Protein. Pick your flavor, add protein powder and top with fruit, granola, mixed nuts and honey. Enjoy as a breakfast bowl in the morning or a satisfying afternoon snack.

Ingredient List

  • 1 pot Yoplait Protein single serve yogurt (any flavor)
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • ¼ cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 tbsp granola
  • 1 tbsp mixed nuts
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix your choice of Yoplait Protein yogurt with a scoop of protein powder. Stir well until combined and smooth.
  2. Top the yogurt mixture with the chopped strawberries and blueberries.
  3. Add some crunch by sprinkling your granola and mixed nuts over the top.
  4. Enjoy immediately!

Tips

  • Swap the berries for your choice of fruit – try banana slices or pineapple for a more tropical taste.
  • You can use frozen fruit for this if fresh fruit isn’t available – simply heat them in a microwave-safe bowl until they’re soft.
  • Mix and match the toppings to suit your taste. Why not try adding seeds to boost the fibre, coconut flakes or a sprinkle of cinnamon?
  • Experiment with different nuts, like cashews, pistachios or pecans, for different flavor combinations.
  • For extra crunch, try adding a few pretzels for a sweet and salty taste.
