Blueberry Yogurt Parfait

Delicious and creamy, this blueberry yogurt parfait is the perfect breakfast, afternoon snack or dessert. All you need is a handful of ingredients and 5 minutes to spare. Mix and match your favorite Yoplait Original flavor to make your perfect parfait!

Ingredient List

  • 1 pot Yoplait Original single serve yogurt (any flavor)
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • 2 tbsp granola
  • ½ tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • ½ tbsp chia seeds (optional)

Preparation

  1. Start by layering your ingredients in a small glass or Mason jar. Add half of the yogurt as the first layer. If you’re using chia seeds, mix these into the yogurt and leave some for garnish.
  2. Place a handful of blueberries on top of the first layer.
  3. Sprinkle 1 tbsp of granola over the blueberries.
  4. Repeat the layers until you’ve used up all your ingredients.
  5. Finish with a drizzle of honey or maple syrup (if desired) and sprinkle the remaining chia seeds on top.
  6. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate before serving.

Tips

  • For more protein, try using Yoplait Protein single serve yogurt instead.
  • If blueberries aren’t your thing, swap them for strawberries or raspberries.
  • You can use frozen berries for this – simply heat them in a microwave-safe bowl until the berries are soft and have released some juice.
  • For extra flavor, top with a few chopped nuts, such as almonds, walnuts or pecans, or a sprinkle of cinnamon.
  • If you’re short on time, prepare the parfait the night before and store in the fridge for a grab-and-go breakfast the next day.
