The American Academy of Pediatrics says that making sure there's enough calcium
in your child's diet can help prevent future osteoporosis, and possibly
decrease the risk of bone fractures during childhood and adolescence.
Unfortunately, less than half of all kids 2-12 get the calcium they need each
day*. The good news is, yogurt products can help fill the gap. Kids are twice as likely
to meet their calcium recommendations if they eat yogurt*.
Milk and other dairy foods like Yoplait Kids are excellent sources of calcium for
your toddler.
