Apple-Kiwi Smoothie
Three fruits plus low-fat yogurt make a flavorful, energy-boosting drink for busy mornings, or any other time you need a quick pick-me-up.

1small apple, peeled, cut into chunks
1kiwifruit, peeled, cut into chunks
4medium fresh strawberries
2/3cup Yoplait® 99% Fat Free creamy strawberry yogurt (from 2-lb container)
1/3cup apple juice

1.In blender, place ingredients. Cover; blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until smooth.
2.Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.
Substitution
You can use 1 (6-oz) container of Yoplait® Original 99% Fat Free strawberry yogurt instead of the yogurt in the recipe if you like.
Success
Keep strawberries at their freshest by waiting to wash them gently until just before you hull them. As strawberries absorb water, they begin to lose flavor.
