Sweet Potato Pie Smoothies
Ever had a healthy dessert? Give it a whirl with this sweet potato pie smoothie made with vanilla yogurt, fresh sweet potato and just-right spices that's whipped up in 5 minutes.

1 1/4cups milk
1/4cup cooked sweet potato, cold
2/3cup Yoplait® 99% Fat Free creamy vanilla yogurt (from 2-lb container)
1tablespoon honey
1/4teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4teaspoon vanilla

1.Place ingredients in blender or food processor. Cover; blend on high speed about 1 minute or until smooth.
2.Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.
High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): No change.
Substitution
You can use 1 (6-oz) container of Yoplait® Original 99% Fat Free French vanilla yogurt instead of the yogurt in the recipe if you like.
