Blueberry Smoothies
With just three ingredients of sweet blueberries, tangy yogurt and milk, you're five minutes away from a tasty treat!

1cup Cascadian Farm® frozen organic blueberries (from 8-oz bag)
1/2cup fat-free (skim) milk
2/3cup Yoplait® 99% Fat Free creamy vanilla yogurt (from 2-lb container)
Honey, if desired

1.In blender, place blueberries, milk and yogurt. Cover; blend on high speed about 1 minute or until smooth. Sweeten to taste with honey.
2.Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.

Substitution
You can use 1 (6-oz) container of Yoplait® Original 99% Fat Free French vanilla or lemon burst yogurt instead of the yogurt in the recipe if you like.
Substitution
It's an easy (and yummy) switch to make these smoothies with raspberries instead of blueberries.
