Creamy Mango Smoothies

2mangoes, seed removed, peeled and chopped (2 cups)
2cups mango sorbet
2containers (6 oz each) Yoplait® Original 99% Fat Free French vanilla yogurt
1 1/2cups fat-free (skim) milk or soymilk

1.In blender, place ingredients. Cover; blend on high speed until smooth.
2.Pour into 6 glasses. Serve immediately.

Mango adds vitamins A and C, and the yogurt and milk add calcium and vitamin D.
Purchasing
For the best flavor and color, choose ripe mangoes; look for skins that are yellow with blushes of red.
