High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): No change.
This smoothie can also be served in a small bowl as a refreshing dessert. Or sprinkle it with granola for a hearty breakfast treat.
Raspberry yogurt can be used instead of the white chocolate raspberry yogurt. A 0.25-oz. tub, from a 1-oz container of sugar-free, low-calorie peach iced tea mix, can be used in place of the 2 tablespoons diet iced tea mix.
