Overview:
For the fourth time, Yoplait is launching its 2008 Yoplait Champions program, a
nationwide search for up to 25 women and men making extraordinary strides in the
fight against breast cancer. On behalf of each selected champion, Yoplait will donate
$1,000 to the champion’s charity of choice, for a total donation of up to $25,000.
Each charity must be a designated 501 (c)(3) organization whose stated purpose is
specific to breast cancer research, education, screening and/or treatment.
From September 18, to November 6, 2007, we will be accepting nominations at www.yoplait.com or via U.S. mail at Yoplait Champions, c/o
Cone, 855 Boylston Street, 3rd Floor, Boston, MA 02116. All
mail nominations must be postmarked by November 6, 2007. All
online nominations must be submitted by midnight on November 6, 2007.

This application can be supported with materials such as brochures, photos, news articles, letters of gratitude,
pages from individualized Web sites or other appropriate materials. Photos of nominee are highly recommended and
should be submitted digitally with the application or directly to
yoplaitchampions@coneinc.com. If submitting to
yoplaitchampions@coneinc.com, photos must be labeled clearly with the nominee’s full name.
Limit supporting materials to four (4) individual pieces. Additionally, upon submission, the individual
MUST provide proof of a 501 (c)(3) accredited association that would receive the donation.
We reserve the right to use any photos, names and likenesses of selected champions online and/or
in advertising to celebrate their recognition. By submitting the photo(s) and other materials
described above, the nominator acknowledges and agrees that he/she has obtained all necessary approvals
to submit the photo(s) and other materials to Yoplait and allows Yoplait to use them without restriction,
including the approval of the photographer who took the photo(s) and approvals from all other persons

Criteria and Conditions:
- Donations are available to 501 (c)(3) accredited organizations and require proper documentation. Nominations will be evaluated on individuals/programs which demonstrate a strong and sustained commitment to the breast cancer cause, including a personal sacrifice, illustrate a creative and innovative concept that furthers the goals of fighting breast cancer, impact others’ lives or the community, and identify change/s that have been made as a result of the individual’s activities. Nominees must be willing to have photos, names, quotes and other materials included in advertising materials and/or on www.yoplait.com. To be eligible, a nominee must be a legal resident of the U.S. (not including Puerto Rican residents) and 18 years of age or older. This event is sponsored by General Mills Sales, Inc., Number One General Mills Blvd., Minneapolis, MN 55440. Employees of sponsor, its parent and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, including Cone Communications, and partners and the immediate family and household members of each are ineligible. Void where prohibited by law. No transfers or substitution of honoree benefits are allowed. Nominations must be postmarked November 6, 2007. Nominations can be supported with supplementary photos and letters of recommendation. Nomination forms can be downloaded online at www.yoplait.com and sent via U.S. mail at Yoplait Champions, c/o Cone, 855 Boylston Street, 3rd Floor, Boston, MA 02116. The Selection committee will review applications by January 15, 2008. Selection will be based on qualitative analysis of each nominee’s creative proposal and accompanying materials. Selection of honorees will be conducted by a selection committee, whose decisions will be final. All nominations and accompanying materials become sponsor's property, with all rights to copy, edit, broadcast, publish and use, in whole or in part, any such nomination and related materials, including all ideas, copyrighted or copyrightable materials, trademarks and concepts, in any manner without further consideration.

Honorees will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within seven (7) days of attempted notice or forfeit any and all benefits accorded to honorees. An alternate honoree may be selected if any selected honoree cannot be reached, is ineligible or declines to participate. By participating, honoree agrees to the following: the selection
committee’s decisions are final and legally binding in all matters relating to this program. General Mills (which includes its affiliates and each of their agents, officers, employees, licensees and all parties associated with this contest) is not responsible for lost, destroyed, delayed, incomplete, postage due, illegible or misdirected materials. All nominations become the property of General Mills upon receipt and will not be returned. Honorees agree to use of name and likeness for publicity purposes without further compensation, where legal. As a condition of participation, honoree agrees that: (1) any and all claims, judgments and awards are limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred in participating in this event; and (2) honoree waives all rights to claim any other damages, including punitive, incidental and consequential damages and attorneys' fees. This Program is subject to all laws of the United States.
